One call returns the full profile of one Instagram account, looked up by numeric id_user, in the 'b2' (private mobile API) shape. The answer is one user object, not a list, with counts, bio, business and contact fields. Some personal fields came back masked with 'Access delayed. Only the owner of the page can access this information'.
