Get an Instagram user's profile by username API

One call returns the full profile of one Instagram account, looked up by username (user). The answer is one user object, not a list, with counts, bio, links and business/contact fields. Some personal fields came back masked with 'Access delayed...'. user.id gives the numeric id for other endpoints.
