List the comments on an Instagram post API

Returns comments on one post (shortcode), sorted by sort (here 'recent'). One item in comments is a comment; the call showed 13 (3 plus '10 more'). The answer gives next_min_id, a JSON-string cursor, while has_more_comments is false; for another page, pass the cursor as end_cursor.
